Mark was so accommodating with our variations as the project evolved and always kept the lines of communication going. It was so much more personalised that dealing with the 'bigger" building companies. Even with it's hiccups (and what renovation doesn't have it's dramas), these were quickly rectified and we were made to feel at ease. The pricing was fair and Caroline billed the instalments so that everything was itemised and we could see exactly what we were up to. The team of workers was efficient, polite and tidy. I love the finished result of our renovation and we are thoroughly enjoying our new open plan living spaces. Mark took on my much dilapidated 1923 weatherboard home and completely renovated it, making it look more beautiful than the day it was first constructed.
